CIBA HAS A LICENSED KITCHEN FOR HONEY BOTTLING!

CIBA has arranged kitchen access at Holliday Park Nature Center, 6363 Spring Mill Road, Indy. This kitchen has obtained a Marion County Public Health Dept. license to bottle honey in the Nature Center’s kitchen. This will allow CIBA members to bottle their honey so they can sell at the State Fair, you will still have to have a state wholesale certificate. Check the Beekeepers of Indiana website for information about selling at the fair and check under the regulations documents tab for the wholesale certificate application.
If you would like to use the kitchen contact us; CIBA will handle the honey bottling appointments, as of now no dates or times have been scheduled.
If you think you would like to use the Nature’s Center kitchen for bottling, please let me know approximately what dates, length of time needed and time of day, so I can get a feel for demand and as we get closer date wise, I can set up times with the Nature Center.
There is no fee for using the kitchen
