    • Maintains numerous colonies throughout Marion and surrounding counties
    • Experienced at β€œTear-Outs” - Removing feral colonies from buildings
    • Frequent Speaker throughout the state.

October - November β€” Inside Your Hives
  • Nectar Flow is Over - Some Pollen may still be coming in.
  • Brood Rearing is over - Consider moving brood frames to bottom-center box. - (maintain order of frames) - Honey above and to sides
  • Prep Hives for Winter
    • Adequate winter stores: 80-100 lbs. honey
      • Remove empty supers
      • Locate honey ABOVE brood area
    • MOUSE Guards a Must
    • Add Sugar/Candy Board Halloween to Thanksgiving
    • Check website for added info.
