Greetings Again CIBA Members - We hope you are able to attend this Saturday’s 

Sugar-Board Social at Zionsville Lions Park

What:    CIBA - Sugar Board Social and Auction

FREE - No Cost

When:    Saturday, October 3rd, 9:00 to 2:00

Where:   Lion's Park, Zionsville, IN - Zionsville Lions Club Park, 11053 Sycamore St, Zionsville, IN 46077

Remember: While the activity is largely outdoors, COVID-19 Guidelines Apply: Face Masks and Social Distancing

Tentative Agenda for the day:

• 9:00 AM: Register, Socialize, Sign in Auction Items
• Auction items may be Beekeeping Related or Other
• Proceeds go to furthers CIBA programs and activities
• (20% commission for non-donated items)

• 10:00 AM: Opening Comments and Educational Presentation

Winterizing Your Hives: Don Able and Tracy Adamson

• 11:00 AM: Examine Auction Items, Socialize, Set-Up for Lunch

• 11:30 Have Lunch — BRING YOUR OWN lunch and drinks
• (No Pitch-In this year 😞 - Hopefully in 2021 🤔)

• 12:30  Auction of Beekeeping and Other Misc Items
• A number of good items have been donated:  
• Specially decorated Hive Body
• Hive Equipment, Bee Jacket
• More
• Please bring more items

• 1:30 Making Sugar Boards (See Below) - (BRING YOUR OWN SUGAR)

• 10-Frame Hives (12-14 lbs.) 
• 8-Frame (10-12 lbs.)
• If you wish to Pollen Patties, bring those as well
• Need a Sugar Board Frame?
• 10-Frame and 8-Frame hive Sugar Boards will be available at $15 each
