What:    CIBA - Sugar Board Social and Auction
FREE - No Cost
When:    Saturday, October 3rd, 10:00 to 2:00
Where:   Lion's Park, Zionsville, IN - 115 S. Elm St., Zionsville, 46077

Tentative Agenda for the day:
  • 9:00 AM: Register, Socialize, Sign in Auction Items
    • Auction items may be Beekeeping Related or Other
    • Proceeds go to furthers CIBA programs and activities
      • (20% commission for non-donated items)
  • 10:00 AM: Opening Comments and Educational Presentation
Winterizing Your Hives: Don Able and Tracy Adamson
  • 11:00 AM: Examine Auction Items, Socialize, Set-Up for Lunch
  • 11:30 Have Lunch β€” BRING YOUR OWN lunch and drinks
    • (No Pitch-In this year 😞 - Hopefully in 2021 πŸ€”)
  • 12:30  Auction of Beekeeping and Other Misc Items
  • 1:30 Making Sugar Boards (See Below) - (BRING YOUR OWN SUGAR)
Making Sugar Boards
  • BRING YOUR OWN SUGAR
    • 10-Frame Hives (12-14 lbs.) 
    • 8-Frame (10-12 lbs.)
    • If you wish to Pollen Patties, bring those as well
  • Need a Sugar Board Frame?
    • A few will be available at $15 each
    • Advance notice appreciated:
  • Items for preparing sugar, mixing, will be provided
