Central Indiana Beekeepers Meeting

5:00 - 6:00 Apiary Open for Q&A
6:30 - 8:30 Open Meeting in Nature Center
Holliday Park Nature Center
6363 Spring Mill Rd., 46260
Activities Will Include:
Pre Meeting - Outdoor Apiary (5:00 - 6:00)
- Apiary Open for Q&A
- Will be inspecting some hives
- Bring veil or jacket if you wish to get in close
Meeting Activities - (6:30 to 8:30 Inside the Nature Center)
- Educational Presentation: The Summer Dearth - Jim Berndt
- Hot dry weather of August and September is a major challenge.
- This affects nectar flow and brood formation
- Jim will address this important issue.

- What to expect in coming weeks
- Preparation for fall and winter begins NOW
- What questions do YOU have?
