Mel Disselkorn teaches a method  you can apply while working your bees.  I have used his method with 100% success. 

Really worth your time and effort learning the easy method. 

Yesterday I worked in a bee yard with a 2nd year beekeeper where there were many Queen cells and taught this beekeeper how to re move Queen cells from a Plastic foundation to Another Frame, easy 2 minute method with my pocked knife.
